One thing to try: delete a group
Find a group nobody uses and remove it. Watch what breaks.
Pick the oldest group in your main inventory. Search your playbooks and job templates for its name.
If nothing references it, delete it. If something does, you just found undocumented behaviour.
Either way, your inventory is easier to read on Monday.
